You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Service requests should be made at least 12 hours before pick-up time. Requests under 12 hours are subject to availability.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payment for services is due in full within 7 calendar days of the invoice or reservation receipt date. In the event of late payment (beyond 7 days from the invoice date), a 10% interest fee per day will be applied to the outstanding balance. If legal or judicial action becomes necessary due to non-payment, the client shall be responsible for all associated legal fees, court costs, and collection expenses incurred by Tangier Transportation Service, LLC.
Rates listed on our website serve as standard estimates and are subject to change at the discretion of Tangier Transportation Service, LLC, particularly during peak demand periods or special events. Any such rate adjustments will be disclosed in advance and prior to reservation confirmation. Clients will have the opportunity to review and approve the updated pricing before proceeding. By accepting and confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Tangier Transportation Service, LLC reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
Deposits (if required) are non-refundable. “No-shows” are charged the full fare plus applicable wait-time, tolls, or fees.
No smoking, alcohol abuse, or illegal substances allowed in vehicles. Clients are liable for damages or excessive cleaning caused during the ride (minimum $250 cleaning fee). Pets are permitted only if disclosed at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply.
Tangier Transportation Service, LLC shall not be held responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or uncontrollable circumstances, nor for loss or damage of personal items left in the vehicle.
